Qualifications

• You must be good at IT. Really good. We will put you through tests like you won't believe before we even interview you.
• We expect you to have multiple certifications. Plural. The alphabet after your name should be longer than your name.
• We expect you to consider yourself a 10 out of 10. Humility is a skill gap.
• Being an IT Jerk means you are confident, and being confident is rooted in being good at what you do. Anyone can be rude. We need people who are rude and right.

Compensation

This is the most important part. We expect you to work for federal minimum wage. That's $7.25 an hour.

Go ahead and let us know what state you live in, first thing. We are not paying New York minimum wage rates, regardless of the outstanding attitudes of the people of the greatest state.

Look, we know you could make more money flipping burgers. But wouldn't you rather flip off customers? Some things in life are worth the pay cut.
